We would like to thank each of you for attending the 25th Annual and Anniversary EORS Congress in Munich and bringing your expertise to our gathering.

This was an exceptional and memorable EORS meeting for many reasons. The 25th birthday of the EORS was attended during the three days by over 400 participants from 38 different countries. Outstanding plenary and fourteen keynote speakers and excellent workshops and symposia covered a variety of orthopedic topics. The program spanned 212 oral presentations and 138 posters briefing on the latest discoveries in clinical and basic orthopedic research.

EORS in Munich was generously supported by the leading bio-tec companies Bioseb, Bioventus, Amgen, DIZG, EOS, NDI, Precipoint, Stryker, TA ElectroForce, Seqvera, the Bone & Joint Research Journal (which will publish the abstracts of the oral presentations) and the International Journal of Molecular Sciences as well as the German Research Foundation.

We dearly thank the three teams from the Clinic for General, Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University, the Clinic and Polyclinic for Trauma Surgery of the University Regensburg Medical Centre and the CANTER Lab of the Munich University of Applied Sciences for the smooth running of the congress program. We give special thanks to the professional congress organizer event lab., which laid the solid foundations of this year’s congress and the very successful three days on site.

Before we close, we would like to thank all of you for your presence which was truly our greatest asset of the 25th EORS Congress in Munich. We could not have accomplished what we did without your valuable contribution. Throughout this conference, you were engaged, proactive and helped to shape the future of orthopedic science.
